With the standards of Health Canada Guidelines in place please be assured that the quality of sanitation and procedures has always been in place for your HEALTH AND HYGIENE protection. Please find links below for your review, of the Spa Policies and procedures of Sanitation including Provincial and Federal Health Guidelines. Please call 250-549-5059 or email to book an appointment. Confirmation of your Health Questionnaire is required prior to booking. *There are no drop in appointments. *24 hour cancellation policy is in effect - The policy is a minimum of 24 hours notice or a $50 cancellation fee will apply. ( note* Minimum charge of $50 - $100 fee will be charged in lieu of late cancellation or missed appointments. ) *It is recommended to pre-book for 3 appointments that you wish to have, in order to schedule more efficiently and allow appropriate times between client services.
